This Shipping Policy covers orders placed on www.shopgemmies.com, operated by AMG Jewelers LLC.

1. Shipping Costs

Free shipping on every US order. International orders are charged carrier rates, shown at checkout before you pay.

2. Processing & Delivery Time

In-stock pieces ship within 1–3 business days. Customized or engraved pieces take longer; we'll confirm timing with you when you order. Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking. Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages.

3. Carriers

US orders ship via USPS with tracking. International orders ship via USPS or DHL Express, depending on the option you choose at checkout.

4. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and local taxes may apply. These are not included in product prices and are the customer's responsibility.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

Delivery times are estimates once a package is with the carrier. If your package is significantly delayed or shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, email support@shopgemmies.com with your order number and we'll help track it down.

6. Returns
