We offer jewelry made of solid gold (10–14K), gold-plated metals, silver 
and lab-grown gemstones. Because many of our products are custom-made, slight variations in color, size, or finish may occur. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service at any time without notice.

3. Orders and Payment


All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and include applicable taxes. We accept major credit cards and secure payment methods. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or order inconsistencies.

4. Shipping


Orders are fulfilled internationally from India via FedEx. Typical delivery times are 10-20 days from order confirmation. Customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply depending on your country and remain your responsibility.

5. Returns and Refunds


Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, provided that the item is:

  • In its original condition (no wear, scratches, or alterations)
  • Returned with its original packaging (branded boxes, pouches, certificates)

Custom-made or engraved items may not be eligible for return unless defective. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.
