2. Return Eligibility

• Be in original, unworn condition
• Show no signs of wear, scratches, or alteration

3. Non-Returnable Items

Unless defective, the following cannot be returned:

• Custom-made pieces
• Engraved or personalized items
• Modified or altered designs

  

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend a trackable, insured method.

5. Refund Process

Once inspected, refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
